Alors que nous organisions la tournée Boombox aux États-Unis et au Canada, et que, malgré toutes les difficultés, nous avions approuvé les dates, signé les contrats et commencé à travailler sur l’affiche, l’idée de donner quelques concerts en Europe est venue. Et pourquoi pas ? Depuis trois ans, le groupe est en tournée tous les deux ou trois mois pour des raisons évidentes, mais les demandes adressées à la Fondation Andriy Khlyvnyuk ne cessent d’augmenter. Tournées et dons étant depuis longtemps indissociables, quelques concerts en Europe ne nous feront pas de mal.
When we were working on organizing the Boombox tour in the USA and Canada, and despite all the difficulties, we approved the dates, signed contracts and started working on the tour poster, the idea arose that it would be nice to play a couple of concerts in Europe. And why not? For the last three years, the band has been traveling every few months for obvious reasons, but the flow of requests that the Andriy Khlyvnyuk Foundation receives is only increasing. Since touring and donating have long been synonymous words, a couple of concerts in Europe will not hurt us
Als wir die Boombox-Tour in den USA und Kanada organisierten und trotz aller Schwierigkeiten die Termine genehmigten, Verträge unterzeichneten und mit der Arbeit am Tourplakat begannen, kam die Idee auf, ein paar Konzerte in Europa zu spielen. Und warum nicht? Seit drei Jahren ist die Band aus offensichtlichen Gründen alle paar Monate unterwegs, aber die Anfragen an die Andriy Khlyvnyuk Foundation nehmen stetig zu. Da Tourneen und Spenden längst synonym sind, werden uns ein paar Konzerte in Europa nicht schaden.
