De son vrai nom Mario Molinari, l’histoire de Tedua a tout d’une success-story romanesque. Après une enfance quelque peu chaotique entre Gênes et Milan, il se réfugie dans la musique à l’adolescence et fait ses premiers pas avec le collectif Wild Bandana. Mais c’est sous le nom de Tedua qu’il livre une première mixtape en 2014 et, un an plus tard, une deuxième intitulée “Aspettando Orange County”. Son flow puissant et ses textes acérés marquent les esprits. Le succès est tel qu’il lui permet de sortir un premier album en 2017. Certifié aujourd’hui de trois disques de Platine, “Orange County California”, rafle tout sur son passage et ouvre les portes du succès au jeune homme alors âgé d’à peine 23 ans. En 2018, les singles ‘La legge del più forte’ et ‘Burnout’ annoncent son deuxième album intitulé “Mowgli”, qui se place en tête des charts italiens dès sa sortie. Avec sa pochette réalisée par David LaChapelle, dont il devient la muse, Tedua devient par la même occasion une icône de la mode. Il se fait même une place sur grand écran avec un premier rôle au cinéma en 2022. En mai 2023, il dévoile “La Divina Commedia”, une troisième plaque sur laquelle il collabore avec les plus grands noms de la scène italienne et propose des titres forts tels que ‘Hoe’, ‘Malamente’, ‘Red Light’ ou encore ‘Paradiso Artificiale’.
