Boostés par trois shows électrisants l’an dernier en Belgique (dont un spot sur le Slope de Rock Werchter), Picture This annonce leur retour sur les scènes européennes pour présenter leur très attendu quatrième album. Avec Sam Fischer en première-partie, le quatuor irlandais nous promet une nouvelle performance quatre étoiles le samedi 19 octobre à La Madeleine.
Picture This, c’est l’histoire de Ryan Hennessy, Owen Cardiff, Cliff Deane, et Jimmy Rainsford, quatre copains originaires de la campagne irlandaise qui partagent ensemble une énorme passion pour la musique. Remarqué dès le premier single “Take My Hand” qui accumule rapidement les millions de streams, le quatuor compose avec leurs tripes des chansons pop alternatives qui fleurent bon la rêverie ou les sentiments amoureux. En 2017, leur premier album fait d’emblée grosse impression auprès du public et de la presse. Depuis lors, le groupe ne cesse de grandir au gré de leurs réussites discographiques et de prestations scéniques énergisantes. Porté par les singles “Song To Myself” et “Leftover Love”, leur nouvel album s’annonce comme leur œuvre la plus ambitieuse à ce jour. Prévu pour le 26 avril prochain, ‘Parked Car Conversations’ est d’ores et déjà promis à un énorme succès, aussi bien sur le marché international que dans leur Irlande natale où leurs essais précédents ont tous terminé aux sommets des charts locaux. With Sam Fischer as support act, the Irish quartet promises another four-star performance on Saturday 19 October at La Madeleine.
Picture This is the story of Ryan Hennessy, Owen Cardiff, Cliff Deane and Jimmy Rainsford, four friends from rural Ireland who share a huge passion for music. Right from their first single « Take My Hand », which quickly gathered millions of streams, the quartet has been making alternative pop songs reminiscent of daydreaming or falling in love. In 2017, their debut album immediately impressed audiences and the press. Since then, the band has only grown, with successful albums and energetic live performances. With singles « Song To Myself » and « Leftover Love », their new album looks set to be their most ambitious yet. Released on 26 April, « Parked Car Conversations » already promises to be a huge success, both internationally and in their native Ireland, where each of their previous albums topped the charts. Met Sam Fischer in het voorprogramma belooft het Ierse kwartet opnieuw een viersterrenoptreden op zaterdag 19 oktober in La Madeleine.
Picture This is het verhaal van Ryan Hennessy, Owen Cardiff, Cliff Deane en Jimmy Rainsford, vier vrienden afkomstig van het Ierse platteland die een enorme passie voor muziek delen. Al vanaf de eerste single « Take My Hand », die al snel miljoenen streams verzamelde, maakte het kwartet alternatieve popsongs die doen denken aan dagdromen of verliefdheid. In 2017 maakte hun debuutalbum meteen indruk op het publiek en de pers. Sindsdien is de band alleen maar gegroeid, met succesvolle albums en energieke liveoptredens. Met de singles « Song To Myself » en « Leftover Love » lijkt hun nieuwe album hun meest ambitieuze tot nu toe te worden. ‘Parked Car Conversations’, dat op 26 april uitkomt, lijkt nu al een groot succes te worden, zowel internationaal als in hun geboorteland Ierland, waar hun vorige albums stuk voor stuk de hitlijsten aanvoerden.
