L’attente aura été longue, mais la voilà enfin : King Princess débarque en Belgique pour son tout premier concert en salle chez nous ! Elle fera escale à Bruxelles, à La Madeleine, le samedi 13 décembre 2025 dans le cadre de sa tournée « The Girl Violence Tour ». Les tickets seront mis en vente à partir du vendredi 13 juin à 10h sur livenation.be.
Derrière le nom de King Princess, se cache Mikaela Mullaney Straus, auteure-compositrice, productrice et multi-instrumentiste originaire de Brooklyn. Son deuxième album « Hold On Baby » (2022) a été encensé par les critiques du monde entier : Rolling Stone l’a classé parmi les 10 meilleurs albums de l’année, tandis que Pitchfork l’a décrit comme « l’œuvre d’une productrice qui a pleinement trouvé sa propre identité sonore ». Elle a partagé la scène avec des artistes tels que Florence + The Machine, Kacey Musgraves, The Strokes ou encore les Red Hot Chili Peppers. En 2023, elle a totalement électrisé la plaine de Rock Werchter. Son troisième album est attendu plus tard cette année, et ne manquera pas d’en dévoiler des extraits en live sur la scène de La Madeleine. En parallèle de sa carrière musicale, King Princess apparaît dans la saison 2 de « Nine Perfect Strangers » aux côtés de Nicole Kidman, et tiendra un rôle dans le film « Song Sung Blue », avec Hugh Jackman et Kate Hudson.

Fans had to wait a while for it, but it’s finally here: King Princess is coming to Belgium for her very first indoor show! On Saturday 13 December 2025, she will make a stop at La Madeleine in Brussels with ‘The Girl Violence Tour’. Tickets are available from Friday 13 June at 10am via livenation.be.
King Princess, the stage name of Mikaela Mullaney Straus, is a songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn. Her second album ‘Hold On Baby’ (2022) received worldwide acclaim: Rolling Stone put it at number 7 in their ‘Best Albums of the Year’, Pitchfork called it ‘the work of a producer who has completely found her own sound’. She went on tour with the likes of Florence + The Machine, Kacey Musgraves, The Strokes and Red Hot Chili Peppers. In 2023, she performed on stage at Rock Werchter. Later this year, she will release her third album, which she will present live at La Madeleine. Meanwhile, she can also be seen alongside Nicole Kidman in season 2 of ‘Nine Perfect Strangers’ on Hulu and has a role in the film ‘Song Sung Blue’ with Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson.
