You can buy your tickets online - redirected to the websites of our official ticketing partner Ticketlive -, or at the La Madeleine box office on the evening of the event if it's not sold out.

For each event, there is a limit to the number of tickets a person can purchase in order to ensure that as many people as possible have access to the ticket sales. Once you have chosen the number of tickets you wish to purchase, they are removed from the overall ticket inventory and placed in your shopping cart. The purchase in your cart is then saved for a limited time. If you delay in confirming your purchase, the selected tickets will return to the global ticket inventory and will be offered for sale to other customers again.

E-tickets are sent out 24 hours after your payment is received.
If you have not received your tickets after this time, please contact your point of sale.

Unfortunately, once a reservation is made, we cannot exchange or cancel it unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the event information has changed significantly.
If you do not receive your confirmation email immediately after your purchase, allow 24 hours for it to arrive and check to see if it has been placed in your spam folder. If you still haven't received it after this time or if you have lost it, contact your point of sale directly.
Paper tickets are delivered within 5 business days of receiving your payment. E-tickets are sent 24 hours after we receive your payment. If you have not received your tickets after this time, please contact your local store.

If you think your tickets have been lost, damaged or stolen, please contact your point of sale immediately with your reservation reference number to speed up the process.

Once you have purchased your tickets, the only way to change your delivery address is through your point of sale. Please make sure to enter your delivery address when you reserve your tickets.
Contact the ticketing service that made your reservation to get your tickets refunded. You will find the name of your ticketing service on your confirmation email.
